Please join me this Saturday June 7th at 5:30 pm for an event to celebrate and raise awareness for ART & ABOLITION— funds will support a 2 week Arts and Healing camp in East Africa for girls who are survivors of child sexual slavery.

I will be hosting a 2 mile (ish) fun run/skate/roll that will start at Homage Skate Training Facility 615 Degraw Street. The run will have a bag check and will start and end in the same place. Afterwards there will be a skate jam that features girls from the Girls Riders Organization along with music by DJ Belinda Becker. It should be not only a fun time, but an excellent way to support the empowerment of girls through sport and the arts. This is near and dear to my heart!

Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.
